The unlocked document only provides answers to check if my work in excel is correct. However, I cannot get formulas that work for the last three columns. I need to create an if/and/or/not function to determine if the candidates would be automatically hired, not automatically hired, or no decision. The criteria for this is as follows: Automatically Hired if: 1) the applicant has not been been automatically disqualified (column K) 2)GPA score greater than 3.8 3)Major code between 1 & 25 inclusive 4)school rank less than or equal to 50 5) Employment Exam Score greater than 720 6)Personal Interview greater or equal to 4 7) Has prior work Experience (Column F). Â
For No Decision: if the applicant is neither automatically hired nor automatically rejected.
Need help calculating the formula for the first cell in each column so that they can be copied through all rows.
This is due tonight so I will tip if you can help in a timely manner.
