My IDE is NetBeans, I am using XAMPP with MySQL Database and Apache Web Server. I have no idea where even to begin with this project, so if someone could collaborate with me, that would be awesome. Like on 2. Server Layout: the basics of the directory structure, what does that even apply to? Do I literally just add those folders inside of my htdocs folder? Am I using phpMyAdmin online? If someone could help me out here, that would be great. My e-mail is k..7@yahoo.com if that helps.
