Microsoft Excel is an important software application that you can use-especially in your career. Excel is a type of application that utilizes numbers, but it is so much more than that. It allows the user to create, analyze, help manage, and share data. Although Excel is important for business use, it can be an extremely useful tool for personal use as well.

For this activity, you will be asked to develop justified answers to the following questions.

• Research why the features in Excel are important for business and personal use. Provide a list of at least three important features and why these are necessary. In your post, include any references that you used in your research.
• From a business perspective, what professions are most likely to require Excel? List at least two professions and justify your answer.
• From a personal perspective, are there Excel tasks that you can do equally and in Word or PowerPoint? Identify at least one task that you feel could be done in Word or PowerPoint. Explain why this task could also be done in another program in addition to Excel. Include the benefits and limitations of using another program for the task(s) you identified.

• Support your answers with at least one credible source. Please use the ECPI Online Library, and your textbook to conduct your research.
• Use in-text citations and a reference list in your responses using APA format.
• Your response should demonstrate critical thinking and provide justification.
