Recently the construction site of a new mcdonalds in millau, France was trashed by militants of the peasant confederation , a radical rural group opposed to what they call mcdos . they claim that mcdonalds is just imperialism applied to food . the french argue that they want no part of mcdonalds in France because mcdonalds supports agribusiness and is a threat to the french food industry and the french way of life . how would you suggest mcdonalds respond to these concerns and continue to do business in france ?
