Question description
Write at least two five page (double-spaced) papers that create an imagined interview with the authors of Marc Lamont Hill Book (Nobody), or Ta-Nehisi Coates. The interview questions should be formal in character, and should be designed to present central ideas from the texts. The answers to the interview questions should be created exclusively with direct quotations from the books. Students should avoid large block quotations for their answers, and should instead weave multiple quotations together in order to present both a concise and detailed answer to questions. Students should also avoid asking “Google” questions; that is, questions that simply identify ideas or facts not developed specifically by the author. However, students can develop the author’s own specific interpretation of dimensions of these more general ideas (e.g. discussing anger, or ignorance). Must be at least 5 question asked to the author.
