In chapter 7 of the Kouzes and Posner text, Ken Blanchard offers a model of servant leadership framed by four domains: heart,head, habits, and hands. Think about and reflect on this model and yourself. Select two (2) of these domains: one (1) that matches yourstrongest leadership domain, and the one (1) that matches your weakest leadership domain.
