Freshman Transcript,

Question description

Create a freshman transcript for a student of your choice. The students should have accumulated at least 30 credits over the span of fall and spring semesters. Select courses for your student to take, based on a major in the NEC Academic Catalog, and then give the students final course grades. This transcript should have a mixture of final grades. Some may be straight letter grades, but the majority should be a combination of letters and plus or minus (B+, A-, etc.).

  1. Compute the numerical equivalent for each final grade.
  2. Compute the quality points for each course.
  3. Find the student’s cumulative average for Semester 1 and Semester 2.
  4. Based on your computations, is this student eligible for the Deans List Semester 1, Semester, 2, or both semesters?
