Question description

OPTIONAL PAPER:

The optional paper can count up to 50 points (assuming a perfect score) toward your average. These are not bonus points. The topic is the new OSHA silica standard 29 CFR 1910.1053 (GI) & 29 CFR 1926.1153 (Construction). Writing up to five complete double-spaced pages are credited for a maximum score of 10 points a page (50 points maximum toward the average). References must be peer-reviewed research papers, OSHA standards, NIOSH publications, other CDC publications, ACGIH, etc. All text must be paraphrased (NO QUOTES). All paraphrased statements must be cited with a reference. The references should be listed in order of appearance at the end of the paper in a proper format. The reference page does not count towards the total of pages.
