Can someone have a film review done for me by March, 25 at 11:30 p.m.? The prompt is as follows:
**FILM REVIEW #5 DUE BY March 25-11:30 P.M. WATCH “THE HUNTING GROUND”-found on NETFLIX.**
FILM REVIEW FORMAT:
ALL FILM REVIEWS MUST BE AT LEAST TWO TO FOUR PAGES IN LENGTH. All PAPERS WILL START WITH A SUMMARY OF THE FILM WORTH 10 POINTS. THE SECOND PART OF THE PAPER WILL CONSIST OF ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS OF EACH FILM-PROVIDED BELOW-DISCUSSION QUESTIONS ARE ALSO WORTH 10 POINTS.
FILM REVIEW #6-THE HUNTING GROUND.
1. Write a summary of the film-(must be at least one page-worth 10 points)
2. Many of the sexual assault survivors who tell their stories in the film experienced doubt, disbelief or reprimand from university administrators’ when they reported their assaults. Were you surprised by the administrators’ responses? How did you expect administrators to react to reports of rape? What examples of victim blaming did you see in “The Hunting Ground?” Can you think of any other crimes in our society in which the people who report them are themselves regarded with contempt and suspicion?
3. The film reveals the innovative way in which two student survivors are using U.S. federal law to hold their universities accountable for investigating and adjudicating instances of sexual assault on campus. How else do students in the film hold their universities accountable?
4. The film exposes a link between the profitability of universities and their willingness to protect student athletes from investigation or disciplinary action when they are accused of sexual assault. Do you think universities can prevent the conflict of interest that pits justice against financial gain in industries like sports and fraternities? How?
