I think that racism is becoming more of reverse racism in the United States do the the laws and policies that have been put in place. Isn't the action of not hiring the best person for the job, no matter of their race, considered discrimination? What would happen if companies stopped considering race, religion, age or sex as factors in hiring employees? Would the diversity of the company matter as the best person for the job would always be hired. Could the argument then be that more privileged individuals were able to go to college and get a degree that would allow them to have better jobs? (100 or more words)
