For this assignment, you will follow Miner's work on organizational behavior theories. You will select one of the theories in Miner's article, review the literature on the theory since the article, and suggest future research on the theory.

Write a 1,250-1,500-word paper that discusses an organizational behavior theory from Miner's article, "The Rated Importance, Scientific Validity, and Practical Usefulness of Organizational Behavior Theories: A Quantitative Review." Address the following in your paper:

1. Identify one of the theories from the Miner article.

2. Discuss any new research findings since Miner's review.

3. Support how the application of this theory has been successful or unsuccessful within an organizational setting.

4. What future research can you suggest regarding this theory?
