Determine two (2) ways in which an organization would benefit from standardization of IHRM activities and two (2) ways in which an organization would benefit from localization of IHRM activities.   • A country of origin can strongly influence a company’s approach to organizational structure. As MNEs from China and India expand internationally, determine whether or not it is smarter for these countries to take on management practices of the host country or the home country.
