The Federal Reserve is a big player affecting the cost of money.  Currently, the Fed is trying to sustain economic recovery by keeping the cost of money relatively low--artificially low, some say.  what are your opinions of how well the Fed has handled the economy (via the cost of money) over the last five years or so?
