For this assignment, create a presentation addressing the following: 

What is a determination letter? Evaluate the differences between a Revenue Ruling and a Revenue Procedure. 

Where does a tax researcher locate copies of written determinations? Can the IRS alter previously made decisions regarding acquiesces and non-acquiesces? Explain. 

Why should the tax researcher exercise caution in relying on an IRS publication in undertaking a research project? 

Your CEO wishes to make a slight but legal change to a local tax restriction. He believes that a "Letter of Determination" would be helpful.  Create a presentation for the Board of Directors detailing the process and your professional opinion for relying on the "Letter of Determination." Incorporate all of the items listed above in your presentation. 

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as “speaker notes” for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists. Support your presentation with at least five (5) scholarly resources.
