I have been tasked to create a system that will include Voice over IP calls for emergencies. There is also another project that will consist of an emergency vehicle plan that will help the EMS response time. In this plan I will explain the methods that will make emergency control room calls much more accurate and convenient including record audio as well as view logs to keep track of the records. Also we will use upgraded GPS system for the emergency vehicles that will pinpoint the exact location of the accident or situation at the time. This project will also show mapping information and show how it will locate and send the vehicles based off the location and also what exactly they need for the situation at hand. There will also be a visual depiction of the plan that I will explain in this essay.

When tracking of VoIP calls and location of emergency vehicles it would be crucial to have the appropriate delivery of successful healthcare services in the most efficient and effective way possible. To have both of these requirements there would be a large amount of data which would need to be analyzed and evaluated so that specific models will be created
