I Need help fixing this paper. I have the feedback on the bottom the teacher sent me i just need help with fixing it to those standards.

 

This milestone will explore the practices of Challenge the Process and Enable Others to Act, which you learned about in Modules Four and Five. Factoring in the feedback from Milestone One and using your leadership development action plan, address the following:

ï‚· Analyze how you will use the Challenge the Process and Enable Others to Act practices to improve the three leadership areas that you selected in Module One.

ï‚· Select one leadership theory or approach you reviewed in Modules Four and Five and analyze how it will help you with the leadership areas you selected.

Guidelines for Submission: Submit a paper that is one to two pages in length (in addition to the cover page and references). The document should use 12-point Times New Roman font, double spacing, and one-inch margins. Citations should be formatted according to APA style.

 

Attached is my paper for Milestone One as well as the Leader Development Action Plan.

 

I was told this about the paper: Good application of the chapters of the text, but I'm not seeing a theory other than what was covered in those chapters. I know it says from Module 4 or 5, but any of the auxiliary readings from past modules are fine. I'm letting go of the idea of personal examples and accepting the hypothetical. I am thinking she wants something put in that is hypothetical experience to add to the paper.

 

On the grading rubric there is the section where you connect the areas for development to the two current practices. You did that. There is another section that requires you to select a leadership theory presented in one of the modules that is not from the text and connect that to the areas of development. In milestone two that part is missing. Just add that to what you have.
