Directions

Research Topic Question: Evaluate the air carrier economic factors impacting profitability. Compare and contrast the Warsaw Convention to the Chicago Convention; determine which one met its goals.

This assignment requires the student to prepare and submit a research paper on air carrier economics.  Answer the Research Topic Question (above) in your research paper. Students should remember that the nature of the class is air transportation, and examples of topics could include aviation accidents and investigations, air carrier regulations or the history of air transportation.  Ensure your finished research paper includes the following elements: a thorough description of the issue, the background/history of the issue, the issue's effects on transportation, and at least two recommendations to correct/address the issue.
