provide a table that compares a number of decision-making models that you might find informative and useful.

I need you to paraphase and not plagiarize this. I need it in an hour.

Discussion 1: Ethical Decision-Making Models

Ethical decision-making models help counselors define ethical challenges and determine the best course of action. They are based on counseling theory, type of dilemma, and other factors. Cottone and Clause (2000) provide a table that compares a number of decision-making models that you might find informative and useful.

The ACA Code of Ethics dictates to counselors that because “… there is no specific ethical decision-making model that is most effective, counselors are expected to be familiar with a credible model for decision making that can bear public scrutiny and its application” (American Counseling Association [ACA], 2014).

The ACA recognizes that adherence to a code of ethics alone cannot solve all the ethical challenges that a counselor may professionally encounter. Therefore, it is necessary for counselors to have a process and strategies in place to help them make difficult ethical decisions.

In preparation for this Discussion, review the Ethical Decision-Making Models media. Review the Learning Resources for this week and consider ethical decision-making models and their strengths and limitations.

Post by Day 2 a brief description of two ethical decision-making models you selected from the Learning Resources. Then explain two strengths and two limitations of each model. Finally, explain any insights you gained about ethical decision making from these models.

Be sure to use the Learning Resources and the current literature to support your response.
