·        The process to develop software takes more than writing Visual Basic code. Software developers use the seven (7) steps of the Program Development Life Cycle. Select the two (2) steps that you believe are the most important in the cycle. Provide examples to prove your points.
·        Maintaining the programs is the last step in the Program Development Life Cycle. The cost of software maintenance is normally greater than all the other phases of the Life Cycle. Propose one (1) idea that could lower the cost for maintaining the programs.
