You have been named a finalist for the position of Principal of ABC School (you can rename for your plan). The school has more than its fair share of challenges:
The superintendent believes that you have the skill set and ability to turn around this underperforming school. However, the school board is expecting a full presentation on your turnaround plan before they decide on hiring you. How will you lead change to rectify the major challenges listed above?
