So I don't need the paper written ....I just need help finding a topic. For the life of me I can't figure out a good topic. It needs to be a analytical paper in regards to law in public administration. Just need some suggestions for the topic and I can do the rest. Below is the instructions....just a little insight into what they are looking for.
Â
Paper Requirements
Minimum 7 to 12 full page paper (separate title page) with at least 10 diverse bibliographical sources.
Organize your paper in the following way:
1) Introduction: Begin the paper by identifying your research question. Then explain why your question is important.
-Offer your thesis– a quick version of your answer to the research question (one sentence). Italicize format.Â
2) Literature Review: Discuss the existing scholarly literature or case law that relates to your question and explain why the existing literature or court opinions does not sufficiently address the question you pose, thus telling the reader why your research had to be conducted and why your paper must be read if the reader is interested in the answer to your important question.Â
3) Data: Present your evidence so that it supports your thesis (that is the answer to your research question). You may use statistics or case law legal rationale.
4) Conclusion: Summarize your findings and restate your thesis, which answers your research question. Do not add new information in the conclusion – all evidence should be in the Data section.Â
