Question:I need to resubmit to correct the following errors on my assignment. It is Medical Billing and Coding!

The corrections:

Part 1- #5 across is the incorrect term. Part 2A- #6 is incorrect. Part B- #2 is the incorrect subterm #3 is incorrect, #4 is incorrect, modifiers are found in parentheses after the main term. #6 is half correct, check your digits in the tabular, too many. #7 reference your tabular list, #8 is also incorrect. #9 is half correct, again too many digits. After you find your code in the tabular list, listed below you will find instructional notes, please list the notes. Also review the guidelines on page 7 of your ICD-10 book for signs and symptoms to assist you. Part C- #3 is incorrect #4 and #5 are half correct, missing the description for chronic sinusitis. #6 is the incorrect guideline or state how you found the code. #4 is half correct missing 4th and 5th digits, #5 is half correct, question asks for the description. #10 is incorrect. Part 3- #6 and #7 are incorrect (-15 points)
