The resources for this module

Note:

I need 300 words answer for the discussion below. Must support your each answer with 2-3 credible sources cited in APA. Must provide 100% original Answer.

Discussion

The resources for this module explore the decisions that are made by IT project managers when considering the trade-offs between time, cost, quality, and scope, also known as the project management triangle (with scope in the center).

In your initial post address the following:

  • 1.      Discuss how the shift in business priorities places additional pressure on either all or part of the triangle. For example, if leadership has determined that the organization needs to refocus on becoming an industry cost leader, project managers may need to complete projects significantly under budget by selecting low-cost suppliers, which may have an adverse effect on project quality.
  • 2.      Share an example from another organization.
  • 3.      As a future IT manager, what degree of balance will you strive for to achieve project success in your organization?
