FIN/419 Week 5 Discussion question 1

Question description

What have you learned the most in this class?  How could the class be better?  What advice would you offer others who are considering this class?

As you go through your study programs, there might be times when you think your fellow team members are simply unmotivated.  In reality, you all are on the same team, working to learn and make a good name for the University of Phoenix.  The reputation of a University can help or hurt you in the job market.  There will always be under-performers in a class.  If you stick around long enough, you will be the under-performer on your team, and hopefully someone else will step in and fill the gap (without too many complaints).  That is what true leaders do, even when it is not fair.  Helping each other succeed is in your best interest.  We are all in this together, although it is all too easy to be self-focused.  The same is typically true in the workplace.
