Subject: Hi 17. Dear Mrs. Kay Arthurs:
18. This memo is to inform you that two new agents packages will be delivered to you next week. I
am also notifying and informing you that the package of documents will contain the following
three documents. Firstly, it will contain updated real estate contract information and secondly, it
will contain the new guidelines for open house inspections and finally it will contain client
agreement forms which are updated and new. We will not have the new forms until next week
because they have not been printed yet!!!
19. At this point in time, we cannot offer new real estate agents a 50/50 commission split. The only
available commission split is 60/40! Just in case you don’t understand the reason for this split,
read the client agreement forms carefully. When you are ready to sign up a new client have him
fill out these new forms. This is extremely important!
20. Also, send me the names and contact information of the two new agents in your office. If we
don’t have this information, we cannot distribute their commissions.
21. After you have subsequently received the two new agents’ packages next week, reply to me.
22. Roxanne
