Application of ethical framework and identification of solutions to the issue

Students will complete a case study regarding access to care and services in third world countries (pick one country), not to exceed 5 pages (1750 words). This ethical dilemma selected, must be current, within the year and should have adequate information available that can be accessed and utilized for the case analysis. The student will illustrate the relevant factual background of the dilemma by providing the appropriate documentation to support the case presented.(i.e. newspaper article, community newsletter/notice, news story/clip, mailing, etc.) APA format.
