2. Regarding the hourly data set of weather observables available here for Toronto International Airport on May 4, 2017:
a. State the range of environmental temperature observed over the entire, 24-hour period.
b. State the environmental temperature at 6 am local time. Determine the corresponding relative humidity. Be sure to show all of the work involved in your calculations - i.e., do not estimate the RH directly from the data.
