City Center Hospital case,

For the City Center Hospital case, you are to test if the new system is effective or not based on the data collected.  You have the 8-Blue and 10-Gold wings.  One has implemented the system and one has not.   So, you can think of it as the before and after situation.  Also, another point is you have to decide on how would you measure improvement.  In other words, if the nurses spent more time on Direct Patient Care, is that good enough to indicate improvement?
