The building could come up with more Solar Panels

I have a question that I need to be answered according to an audio I will attach. (2-3 paragraphs).

The question:

You are probably aware of the fact that the Federal Hall (our school buliding) is an environmental-certified facility. Investigate the power consumption at Federal Hall (you may need to seek the help of Dr. M, who recently retired as Associate Dean of the Scott College of Business, who knows more about this building than anybody else. Dr. W, the current Assoc. Dean is also a great resource. Keep in mind that these resources should only help you with the current power consumption and NOT with the questions posted below) Provide a DETAILED report that encompasses the following considerations:

a.   How might the building be able to produce more energy than it uses? Come up with at least three creative ideas.
