A project quality program is an action plan striving to ensure that the actual quality of the project will meet the planned project quality. The quality level of a project quality program is based entirely on customers’ expectations and requirements. The project manager is responsible for ensuring tasks are explicitly defined and those associated with the responsibility for completing those tasks are meeting quality standards. Using research to support your main arguments, discuss how a project quality program can be used to ensure the quality of the project deliverables in meeting the customers' requirements for completion of the project. Be sure to integrate current quality management best practices in your discussion, and give examples.
