An enzyme catalysed reaction

Q1.An enzyme catalysed reaction was carried out in 0.2M Tris buffer ,PH 7.8.As a result of the reaction, 0.03 M H+ was produced. (a) what was the ratio of Tris+(acid) to Tris 0(conjugate base) and hence the concentrations  of these at the start of the reaction?(b)what were the concentrations of the Tris+/Tris0 at the end of the reaction? (c)what was the PH at the end of the reaction? (d)what would  the final pH be if no buffer was present? will the enzyme  survive at this pH? 

 

Q2.The PH of gastric juice in the stomach is about 1 and the PH of the small intestines is about 6.For a drug to be absorbed into the blood stream, it needs to pass through a non polar lipid bilayer of the cell, lining the stomach and small intestines. Will more aspirin, be absorbed into the blood stream from the stomach or intestines? clearly justify your reasoning. pKa=3.5
