For the Unit VI Project, you will be completing the following sections in the Course Plan Template:  “Learning Environment,” “Introspection, Reflection, and Critical Thinking,” “Teacher Leader’s Role,” “Evaluating the Learning,” and the “Written Reflection: Part 3.”

 

Learning Environment

 

Using the Course Plan you have created for your adult learners, conduct an environmental audit where you will address the psychological, physical, and social learning needs of your adult learners. Make a list of the factors that you will need to consider. This section should be at least one page in length.

 

Introspection, Reflection, and Critical Thinking

 

Include a description of how you will promote introspection, reflection, and critical thinking. This section should be at least one page in length.

 

Teacher Leader’s Role

 

Include a description of the teacher leader’s role. This section should be at least one full page in length.

 

Evaluating the Learning  

 

Include a description of how you will evaluate the students’ learning of the material covered in your course plan. This section should be at least one full page in length.

 

Written Reflection, Part 3  

 

How will you conscientiously design learning opportunities to meet the psychological, physical, and social learning needs of your adult learners? What contingency plans will you have for factors beyond your control that might hinder learning? Referencing the specific needs of adult learners, identify the intentional practices you will employ to meet the individual and collective needs of your adult learners in an equitable manner. The written reflection should be at least one page in length.

 

Resubmit your Course Plan Template, updated with sections “Learning Environment,” “Introspection, Reflection, and Critical Thinking,” “Teacher Leader’s Role,” “Evaluating the Learning,” and the “Written Reflection: Part 3” completed. Any outside sources used should be cited and referenced in APA format.
