a daily basis to understand the world around us and make significant choices.

NEED TO ANSWER ALL TWO DISCUSSION QUESTIONS...

1.Failure can be caused by not being prepared for an unplanned event. This is caused generally when the Project Manager did not adequately prepare a risk analysis.

Initial PostDiscuss the following questions:

  • Do you have some examples from your own life or workplace when risk planning was not done? What were the consequences? Can you reduce risk to zero?
  • Do you agree with this statement - With proper initiation and integration, it is possible to eliminate most/all risks from a project? Why?

2. Probability is used on a daily basis to understand the world around us and make significant choices. In your own words, describe probability and give at least two examples of how you use probability in your everyday life or job. Make sure, in your description of probability, you differentiate between probability and luck.

For an extra point, research your future job and give an additional example of how probability will play a role in your future career. You must include a link to your resource for the extra credit.

Requirements Initial post must be at least 300 words in length
