Like any assessment, it is important to be knowledgeable about gender and ethnic differences on both the validity and clinical scales when administering personality assessments. Explain the important of this knowledge for you to know for each of the following clients if you were giving them the MCMI-IV or the MMPI-2. (Hint: Do some research. Look at the normative sample of the test. Look into who the test is appropriate for. Look at diversity bias.)
