A Reference slide

Instructions: Your final assignment for this class will be to create a POWER POINT slide presentation on global HR benefits. You are to select three (3) countries of your choice and conduct research into how the compensation & benefits packages of those countries differ from those of the United States.  In your presentation, provide answers to these two questions:

  1. What might these countries do better?
  2. As a country, what could the U.S. do better in their compensation and benefits packages to employees?  Be specific in your recommendations. 

In your presentation, you are to discuss health insurance benefits, salary, paid time off, etc. and other differences as you find them.  Assume you are presenting your presentation and findings to your HRM benefits counselor.

Submission Instructions: You are to support your ideas, arguments, and opinions with independent research, include at least five (5) supporting references or sources* (NOT Wikipedia, unknown, or anonymous sources), and format your work in accordance with 6th edition APA formatting which includes:

  • A minimum of 8 slides (not including the title slide, References, and Abstract),
  • A title page slide
  • Abstract with Keywords, and
  • A Reference slide

PowerPoint presentations in APA style are different than a traditional research paper in regards to Font Size.  I recommend using Times New Roman but a size suitable for viewing.  Creativity is encouraged.  

While this is a management/HR course, it is expected you will adhere to academic standards of writing which include spelling, grammar, and writing mechanics.
