Organizational Development and Human Resources
The relationship between Organizational development and Human Resources is an important one. Human Resources role is more than acquiring talent and issuing benefits. Their role in organizational development is to find talent, assist in the retainment of employees, structure, and development of employees.            Human resources will have processes in place to seek new talent to ensure that they can identify individualâs strengths and weaknesses and determine whether or not they will be a good fit for the organization. They address workplace issues with individuals and throughout the organization to ensure they are communicated as well as acknowledge any concerns that may arise. They assist with the organizational process and structure to see what works best for the organization. Human resources will also reassess the effectiveness of the structure to ensure that it is in the best interest of the people and organization.
Conclusion
HR's role in Organizational Development is vital for any organization. They are a part of the backbone of any organization to ensure that processes and people remain productive and follow in line with the goals and values of the organization.
