Assignment Instructions

During the second week of class, I will assign you to a team.  You will be responsible for connecting with everyone on your team.  The group will prepare a final paper and PowerPoint presentation, which will be due in the last two weeks of the course. 

Your final research paper will be based on a topic – holacracy.  Your paper should address the following questions:

  1. What is holacracy, and how long has it been around?
  2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the model?
  3. Discuss at least 2-3 organizations who have attempted to implement the concept into their organization.  Who was successful?  Who failed?
  4.
