………… My made up business…. This device will be known as “Zapdos” This is a combination
of mobile and charge as the main purpose of the device would be to enable a mobile phone share
its charge with another phone like they share media. Zapdos will be made by Kent Bay Company
which is a major manufacture for mobile phones and their applications.
The introduction of a new product requires a clear analysis and research of the market. I
have looked at the market and my survey has found out that many people are disappointed when
their phones run on a low battery and later goes off. A lot of research will be conducted for this
product which uses the new technology. The product will be able to allow sharing of power from
one mobile phone to the other. And as if this is not enough, Zapdos will also be able to show how
much power a phone can get within a single sharing.
Kent Bay Company is known for the production of the latest mobile phones. It
incorporates technology in the mobile phones and introduces basic features for different mobile
phones. It is a luxury company and it has to satisfy the needs of its customers. People have to satisfy their needs as well as their wants with products and services [Ver10]. Even after acquiring
these beautiful phones with astringent features, it becomes impossible to use them when the
phone goes off. That is the reason that this product is being introduced so that it can address that
need.
The target group for this product is divided into two; the aged professionals and the
young. The advantage of this product is that it will cover all the segments of the population since
almost everyone uses a mobile phone. There is no age bracket that does not use mobile phones.
This will, therefore, be an opportune target with a large number of customers. Zapdos has a
simple name that everyone is able to remember. This will act to its advantage as customers will
have no difficulties identifying with the product. Kent Bay Company is a valuable name in the
communication and luxury industry. This means that it can diversify its products and still achieve
a substantiable number of clients. This is why Zapdos comes as a product which seeks to serve a
great number of audience.
Nowadays, customers are concerned with how sophisticated a device is and how much it
is able to solve their communication problems [CGi14]. Any device that addresses these areas
garners great likeability. Zapdos thus serves as a solution to many needs of the customers. It is
sometimes hurting to make a special or important call only for the phone to shut down as a result
of power. This might cut off a great opportunity or even an investment idea. Zapdos, once
introduced will become the ultimate solution.
