The victims are Alexis Salter(7) and Kammi Salter (3). It was reported that the travel trailer that the family is residing in is covered with black mold inside and it is making the children sick. The home has no running water and no sewage. The family is using trash bags to dispose of their feces. It was also reported that the mother’s drug use has continue to get worse.
