I need an 3 pages essay and presentation (PowerPoint) about what I did

I was a volunteer in Saudi Arabian association at the university of the District of Columbia

At first What I did was ( Meeting/ passed out flyers/ recruit additional members/ set up for SSA event , organize seating for over 300 guests/ passed out flyers and tickets/ clean up after event )

We were wearing traditional clothes and dress / I gave Arabic coffee for guests and we served dinner for all guest

At the event there was traditional dances and music and I felt so proud and happy to help everyone to understand my culture ( Saudi Arabia)
