My idea would be to use an array of computer communication to address the need for this idea.

I would use computer communication due to the fact that everyone these days are on their devices, their i-phones, ipads, laptops,online chats, etc. We are a world that communicates through various electronic means. Most people text, skype, or email, rarely do we call people or send information via the mail anymore. I would send out an email regarding the topic, my idea, my plan, my ideas for aquiring the product, costs, strategies,etc and my estimated timeline and when this meeting or teleconference would be, I would probally determine a date that would work for the majority. I would also encourage others to share any suggestions or ideas as well on the topic.I feel that this method of communication would be very effective, to ensure that everyone would be available in some form or another on that date, to join in, in person or teleconference or online.

Advantages of using this type of technology--would be that it allows for instant contact, its direct, efficient, very cost effective, allows easy storage of information obtained, such as dates, times, notes, etc. We have access to others nearby and around the world, this method automatically creates a record of messages and reaches more people. Another benefit, would be for those that are intimidated when speaking in front of others, they are able to share ideas, suggestions from where ever they are.

Disadvantages may include, when working with diverse populations, misleading messages may be interpreted incorrectly due to language barriers, location, lack of service and the fact that we are not communicating in person.

I feel this would be a well understood method of communication, these days some people are better at communicating via electonic means than by good ole fashioned talking to someone. It is effective and very convenient, lets face it we are on our phones alot, probally more than we realize and many could not exist without them. Welcome to the era of technology advances!!!!
