Once you have completed your interview, you will create a story about your interviewee’s literacy practices based on your conversation with them. You are welcome to use the reading “Those Who Share: Three Generations of Black Women” from you ENG 100 reader as the model for creating this story about your interviewee’s literacy history and practices within a particular discourse community. Your paper should include the following details:

® A brief description of your interviewee: name, age, where they come from, how you know them etc
® Your reason for choosing this particular person as your interviewee. What motivated this choice?
® A description of the interview process. What kinds of questions did you ask your interviewee? What challenges did you face as you set up the interview?
® Quotes from the interview itself. Do not present the interview in a question and answer format in your paper. Instead your paper should be presented as a narrative or a story with interesting excerpts from your interview that illuminate aspects of your interviewee’s literacy practices within a particular discourse community.
® A reflection from you about what you learned from your interviewee about their literacy practices.
