Create a presentation in which you do the following:
·     Analyze the various areas of legal protections provided by federal law in Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the various amendments thereto, i.e. Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
·     Describe the legal distinctions and implications of the principles of disparate treatment discrimination and disparate impact discrimination.
·     Demonstrate the implications and nuances of the legal defenses to claims of illegal workplace discrimination provided by Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications (BFOQ), and limitations thereto.
·     Apply course ethical concepts in analyzing the ethical considerations of the assurance of an equitable and diverse workplace.
·     Include at least three references for your source material.
The presentation should be 9 to 12 slides, or equivalent, in length and include detailed speaker notes and a reference slide. You may use the presentation software of your choice, such as Microsoft®PowerPoint® or Prezi.
