The Department of African American Studies department at the local university has twelve professors. All of them are African American and ten of them are female. A male Caucasian applicant applies for a position and is not accepted. Though he was treated very well in the interviews and person hired was of approximate qualifications, he still believes there is a potential discrimination issue. Is he possibly right? Explain.
