**In reality, it is very difficult to find an ideal job. The most important thing to do when you are looking for that is to know what to expect from this particular job. Job satisfaction is the met expectations or desires of a job. It is also very important to look at the characteristics of a job. When expectations and characteristics of the job are satisfied this will increase motivation which also lead to increase in performance. I agree with many things regarding this article. This article gave insight on how well job satisfaction, motivation, and productivity affect one another.
My current organization has many characteristics that satisfy me. Before I began working at this organization I felt it was difficult for me to find an ideal job. I was working at jobs that were had little to no room to grow within the organization. I felt the morale was really low in my previous organization. When I began my search for my current company, I knew exactly what I wanted. I knew the type of organization I wanted to grow with. Even with all of the characteristics that I was looking for in the company there are still some strategic initiatives that can be improved when it comes to employee involvement. I work in one of many offices and I am still not sure of all of the departments within our building. I understand that it could be difficult with that when everyone is so busy throughout the day, but there is always room for co-workers getting to know one another. Everything is computer-based and everyone usually communicate through computers. I understand that we are in 2017; however that it is something that could hinder employee involvement.**
