In a narrative format, discuss the key facts and critical issues presented in the case. Minimum word count is 500 words.

2. Case Analysis

Based on your research, determine who you believe the killer to be and why. Give at least five reasons/factors (physical evidence) to support your conclusion. Minimum word 250

3. Executive Decisions

As lead investigator in the case, you would need to hold a debriefing with your detectives. List what they did correct and any mistakes that were made. What should be done to ensure the mistakes are not repeated in the future? Minimum word 300

This weeks case is the JonBenet Ramsey murder.

The Case summary is seeking you to provide an overview of the case to include key facts and issues that were discovered. Provide a clear picture of the case and identify the forensic work that was done.

Here are the guidelines:

Case analysis is asking you to identify who you believe the killer was in the case and to list at least five reasons for your selection to include what evidence you believe points to that individual and why.

Finally, in the Executive decision you are to take on the role of the lead investigator and write out your debrief for your team. In this you will identify the good work that was done correctly and the mistakes that were made. You will include a plan on how to overcome the mistakes and to assure that they are not repeated in the future.
