Hello, I am interested in a white paper for a topic called "the top 10 things new business owners need to know". I have a list of the top 10 things, but need additional wording with each item via some research and other factual information. Is this something you can do?

length should be half a page minimum on each item. There are 10 total items. I assume you can research a bit more on the 10 items

Top ten financial items that every new business owner needs to know!


1. What entity to create? Sole prop, LLC, Corp, partnership?

2. What and when your government entity taxes are due...IRS, state, city, sales tax, other?

3.What contracts to have in place?

4.What insurance to buy?

5.What percent of your cost of operating expenses, should be related to gross revenues? And why?

6.How to classify independent contractor versus and employee?

7.What is the highest percentage that wages should be related to gross revenue? And why?

8.What bookkeeping system to use (QuickBooks online, Xero, or Soho)

9.Should you pay yourself a salary?

10.How to pay an employee via payroll and follow payroll tax regulations ?

It would be nice to include some type of graphic with these two points.

And please note this will be mostly for US customers, in the state of California. If you want to get more specific most of my clients will be within the city of Los Angeles.
