The Internet, writing assignment help

Question description

The question and instructions are attached.

For this assignment you will submit a one paragraph summary/outline of your plan for your research paper and at least two references you have found in your research. Like before you will submit in accordance to APA-style using Microsoft Word.

Instructions:

1.        Create a Title page for your paper complete making sure not to repeat any mistakes I pointed out in the "Warm Up" assignment. I will count off more this go round. Try to give a descriptive title instead of just "Research Paper" or similar; this can always be changed later.

2.        Write an Abstract that summarizes your planned research topic. Worry less about writing a beautiful, perfectly structured paragraph to hand on the refrigerator and instead focus more on getting your thoughts out. For example, I won't mind using personal pronouns ("I am planning...") whereas I would expect less of these in the final paper.

3.        In your Abstract, underline your actual "Research Topic Statement." This might be a sentence that is a question or what you may consider a Thesis Statement, but it should be a single sentence. Next, highlight in boldface the research constructs you plan to study that should be in this same, single statement.

The construct is the characteristic of the thing you plan to study. If you are studying business it could be something like profitability, agility, reputation. If you are studying individuals or groups it could be: self-efficacy, height, eye color, intention to adopt, perceived justice, or intelligence.
Here are a bunch more
examples of constructs (Links to an external site.).

4.        Following your abstract, write (in sentences, a bulleted list, or your choice) your general plan for your research project. What will you need to read about for the Research Background section (hint: it will include your constructs, technology, business/industry, or other parts of your Research Topic Statement.
What data do you need? Where will you get it? How much of it? How will you analyze it?
You don't have to have all the answers at this point but you should be able to fill in some of this plan.

5.        A references section. At this point you should include an entry for your textbook (an easy reference source for IS concepts and definitions), and at least one other article that you have found that fits into your study.
