Dear Senator Pat,

As an international student, I have study on United State for three years. Ihavelearned some valuable information aboutterm limits. In my opinion, the government term limits can help to root out corruption, on the other hand, the advantage of term limits not only can control senator in congress gets too much power, but also can gives more people a chance to serve in congress. This can ensure that the member who working on the government can throw themselves into their work rather than seek fame and fortune.

In here I will offer some advice from different perspectivesto make the policy nicer and better.

First, I think we need extend the time for senator working on the Senate. The reason is that when someone spends a long period of time at a job, they will become far more skilled than someone who just begin working at it. Too short time because of term limits for Congress that limits the chances of someone growing into their position and becoming even better at it.This is a waste of government spent a lot of money and time to select and train. Extend the working time can more efficient use of resources and can make job become easy.

Secondly, in order to avoidstagnation and a lack of fresh decision making. Elimination system should be adding in the policy. In my opinion, I think it can establish the assessable system. It is can make sure who was underqualified for the job; in addition, there will be an endless stream of fresh blood injected, can make the organization into the new space.

Finally, I think that is a very complex problem, there are a lot of advantage and disadvantage. In my opinion that I think term limits would be desirable. A more perfect system can make the country and government become better.
