Professor Jones is interested in studying the how families decide on neighborhoods in which to rent or buy. She is particularly interested in what factors families consider and the relative weight each factor has. She is considering doing a survey of two relatively new neighborhoods. The survey will ask respondents to rank the following factors in their decision to select their neighborhood:
